* Marek is continuing his successful relationship with Toronto's Soulpepper Theatre Company.
The current project is Oh, What A Lovely War! This compelling entertainment features a large cast of versatile actor/singers, each playing countless roles and musical instruments. * Marek is pleased to announce another commission, this time from The Manitoba Theatre For Young People (MTYP), for himself (as composer/lyricist) in collaboration with playwrite, Susan Coyne. The duo will, over the coming year, create a new work for this highly-regarded Winnipeg institution.

* Marek is delighted that he and his fabulously talented wife, Barbara Barsky, will spend the summer on beautiful Prince Edward Island performing in The Charlottetown Festival's production of The Last Resort by Leslie Arden and Norm Foster.
